What should I wear for my photo shoot?
Clients often ask me what they should wear. The most important advice I have to offer is to be yourself! This is all about capturing who you are. Feel free to express yourself! Bringing props and several outfit choices is definitely encouraged! Hats, scarves, and other accessories look great in photos. Whatever makes you happy is what you should wear. I do advise that you try to minimize wording on your clothing as it can be distracting in the finished product.
Where are the photos taken?
Shooting is done on location only. We can go anywhere you'd like within the tri-state area! I am willing to go to multiple locations for no additional charge (remember to be mindful of time). If you need help coming up with ideas for locations I'd be happy to assist!
What are your processing times?
Photo discs of your session (with the exception of weddings) are ready for you within 1-2 weeks depending on the amount of editing that needs to be done and how booked we are.
Professional grade prints will be available for pick up within 2-3 weeks of ordering.
Can I share my photos?
All photos are copyright to me. If you choose to share your photos online, please credit back to Daisyroots Studio. Low-resolution (not suitable for prints) sneak peeks will be provided to you via Facebook. Please respect my work! Do not copy or share your images without giving credit to me. When sharing your images online, please do not crop out my logo or edit my work in any way.
*Logos will not appear in final product.
What can I do about blemishes?
Don't worry! Everyone has days with less than perfect skin. During editing I always go through and remove any blemishes. I promise you, acne will make no appearances in the final images. (:
Is there a limit on the number of poses / outfit changes / props I can bring?
Absolutely not! Your session is tailored to your individual need, the clothes you have, and the props you bring. You are not limited to a set number of poses. We encourage clients to bring as many props and outfits as they'd like!
When do I need to pay for my session and what are my payment options?
The full session price is due on the day of your shoot, and must be paid in full before the editing process can begin. We can take cards or cash, however we no longer accept checks.
